In accordance with the provisions of of Spanish Organic Act 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, (hereinafter referred to as the “LOPD-GDD”, its Spanish acronym), and its implementing Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, referred to as the “GDPR”), the USER is informed that personal data concerning individuals, collected in any of the sections of the Website, or any other provided by throughout the relationship with AFIMAR ACCOUNTANTS, S.L, as well as those collected as a result of the corresponding service, shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the regulations. The purposes of such processing is  the management and control of the contractual or business relationship established between the company and the user, preparing contracts, communications, information, as well as managing the invoicing, accounting and tax matters as required by law.

The consequence of not providing the data or refusing consent at any time to the processing of such data will be the impossibility of providing the service offered to the user or complying with his or her request.

DATA RETENTION

The personal data provided will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the processing for which they were provided, provided that the user or data subject has not revoked his or her consent.

In any case, when the data provided is no longer necessary, they will remain blocked and at the disposal of the competent authorities to meet any possible legal liabilities. After this period, the data will be deleted.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROFESSIONAL SECRECY
